Job Title: Tele Caller / Student Counsellor
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Tele Caller to contact prospective students, provide information about our courses and programs, and assist them throughout the admission process. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a customer-friendly approach.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
Respond to inquiries regarding courses, admissions, fees, and facilities.
Follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels.
Maintain and update student databases and records.
Schedule appointments for counselling sessions and campus visits.
Guide students through the admission and enrollment process.
Achieve admission and lead conversion targets.
Prepare daily call reports and admission status updates.
Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams as required.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Prior experience in telecalling, counselling, customer service, or admissions is preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Skills Required
Fluency in English
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Good interpersonal and convincing abilities.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM systems).
Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
Working Hours
As per institute's working hours.
Willingness to work on weekends during admission seasons if required.
