Job Description
Sterlite Electric Ltd. is hiring an experienced Storekeeper for its Transmission Line and OPGW projects in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have prior exposure to power transmission projects and strong hands-on experience in managing project materials and inventory at site level.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage receipt, storage, and issue of materials for Transmission Line & OPGW projects
- Handle materials including OPGW cables, conductors, insulators, towers, hardware fittings, clamps, accessories, and drums
- Maintain accurate inward/outward entries, stock registers, material issue slips, and gate passes
- Ensure proper stacking, tagging, and safe storage of materials at site/store location
- Coordinate with site engineers, construction teams, and logistics
- Conduct periodic physical verification of stock and reconcile discrepancies
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports
- Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and safety norms
- Support internal and external audits
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
