Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer inquiries, conducting property presentations, following up with prospects, and closing sales. The candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, digital platforms, and field activities.
- Contact potential customers and explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and offers.
- Schedule and conduct site visits with prospective buyers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Follow up regularly with prospects to convert inquiries into bookings.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Coordinate with banks, legal teams, and internal departments for documentation and loan processing.
- Assist customers with booking formalities, agreement execution, and possession-related queries.
- Participate in property exhibitions, promotional events, and marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and pricing strategies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in real estate sales (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and closing abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work under sales targets and deadlines.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
