Job Summary
KEVROS Interiors & Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Interior Designer + Project Manager to handle complete interior projects from concept development to execution. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing client requirements, preparing designs, supervising site work, and preparing accurate project quotations.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet clients to understand project requirements and design preferences.
- Prepare 2D/3D drawings, layouts, and design presentations.
- Take site measurements and conduct regular site visits.
- Prepare detailed project quotations and cost estimates.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor site execution to ensure quality and timely completion.
- Track project budgets and manage material planning.
- Provide regular progress reports to management.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in handling end-to-end interior projects.
- Strong knowledge of materials, costing, and execution processes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Excel.
- Ability to prepare BOQs and detailed quotations.
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.
- Leadership ability to manage site teams and vendors.
- Willingness to travel within and around Kochi for site visits.
