Requirement Gathering & Analysis
- Meet clients and stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and challenges.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions, workshops, interviews, and discussions with business users.
- Analyze business requirements and convert them into detailed functional requirements.
- Identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and opportunities within business processes.
- Document current and future state business processes.
Client Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and the development team.
- Facilitate effective communication between Arabic-speaking stakeholders and technical teams.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, demonstrations, and workshops with clients.
- Clarify business requirements and address client queries throughout the project lifecycle.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders.
Documentation
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation including:
- Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
- Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS)
- Software Requirement Specifications (SRS)
- User Stories
- Use Cases
- Process Flow Diagrams
- Wireframes and Mockups
- Gap Analysis Reports
- Meeting Minutes (MoM)
- Change Request Documents
- User Manuals and Training Documents
- Ensure all documentation is maintained and updated throughout the project lifecycle.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Product Owners, Developers, QA Teams, and Client Stakeholders.
- Assist in project planning, estimation, and prioritization activities.
- Monitor requirement implementation and ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Participate in sprint planning, review meetings, and UAT activities.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Prepare test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing activities.
- Validate delivered functionalities against documented requirements.
- Assist in issue tracking and resolution.
Business Process Improvement
- Analyze existing business workflows and recommend improvements.
- Identify automation opportunities and process optimization initiatives.
- Support digital transformation and software implementation projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Language Requirements
- Mandatory proficiency in Arabic (Reading, Writing, and Speaking).
- Strong English communication skills.
- Ability to translate business discussions between Arabic and English when required.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Professional Experience
- 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development or IT projects.
- Experience in client-facing roles.
- Experience in preparing BRD, FRS, SRS, and other project documentation.
- Experience working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

- Professional certifications such as ECBA, CCBA, CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile BA will be an added advantage.
Travel & Deployment Requirements
- Candidate must be willing to work from Chennai office for the initial 2-3 months.
- Candidate must be willing to travel to Saudi Arabia and stay on-site for extended periods based on project requirements.
- Valid passport or eligibility to obtain one is preferred.
- Flexibility to travel on short notice when required.
