The Receptionist is responsible for managing the front desk, welcoming visitors, handling incoming calls, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office. The role requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and strong organizational abilities.
- Greet members, guests, and prospective clients warmly and professionally.
- Manage member check-ins and verify memberships.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries regarding memberships, classes, and facilities.
- Assist in membership sales, renewals, and upgrades.
Qualifications
- Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, reception, hospitality, or fitness industry preferred.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, membership management software).
- Good communication skills in English and local language.
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
