Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging Tamil language lessons.
- Foster a love for the Tamil language through interactive and child-centered teaching approaches.
- Participate actively in curriculum planning, review, and innovation.
- Observe and respond to individual learning styles and needs with differentiated strategies.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree (Postgraduate) in Tamil literature.
- Proven ability to engage children without dependence on textbooks or rote methods.
- Familiarity with child-centered and experiential learning methodologies.
- Willingness to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team on curriculum development.
