Steward
A Steward is responsible for providing efficient food and beverage service to guests while ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment. This role focuses on guest satisfaction, teamwork, and maintaining service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and escort guests to their tables in a courteous manner
- Present menus, explain dishes, and take food & beverage orders
- Serve food and drinks promptly and according to service standards
- Ensure proper table setup, clearing, and resetting (mise en place)
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and equipment
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service flow
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and provide quick resolutions
- Follow hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards
- Assist in billing, POS handling, and payment processing (if required)
- Support team members during busy service periods
Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
