The Ecommerce Order Reconciliation Executive will be responsible for daily reconciliation of orders, payments, returns, refunds, and settlements received from various e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and other sales channels.
Reconcile daily orders received from Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and other e-commerce portals.
Track payments, settlements, commissions, deductions, refunds, and return charges.
Match orders with payment reports and platform settlement reports.
Identify payment gaps, short payments, excess deductions, and pending settlements.
Coordinate with Amazon and Flipkart teams to resolve cases related to short payments or payment discrepancies.
Maintain daily reconciliation reports in Excel/Google Sheets.
Coordinate with the accounts team for payment verification and closure.
Coordinate with the warehouse/e-commerce team for order, return, and cancellation data.
Track COD, prepaid, cancelled, returned, and delivered orders.
Prepare weekly and monthly reconciliation summaries.
Escalate discrepancies to the concerned platform/team for resolution.
