Job Overview
DyWix Studio is looking for a confident, creative, energetic, and camera-friendly Anchor & Podcast Specialist who can host engaging podcast conversations, research guests and topics, prepare compelling questions, and contribute to the complete podcast content and production process.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong on-camera presence, good interviewing ability, and a deep interest in podcasts, digital media, YouTube, and social media trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Host and anchor podcasts, interviews, talk shows, panel discussions, reels, and digital video content.
- Research guests, their professional background, achievements, work, and relevant discussion topics.
- Prepare structured podcast questions, opening hooks, guest introductions, rapid-fire rounds, and closing segments.
- Conduct natural, engaging, informative, and entertaining conversations with guests.
- Ask intelligent follow-up questions and maintain the flow of the conversation.
- Coordinate with guests before recordings and understand important discussion areas.
- Maintain strong camera presence, voice modulation, pronunciation, body language, and presentation style.
- Work closely with the production, camera, editing, and social media teams.
- Suggest interesting guests, trending topics, podcast formats, and content ideas.
- Assist in developing new podcast series and creative interview concepts.
- Identify strong moments from podcast episodes for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, teasers, and promotional clips.
- Assist in preparing podcast titles, descriptions, captions, hooks, and promotional content.
- Participate in promotional videos, studio reels, interviews, and social media shoots.
- Ensure every podcast episode maintains the professional quality and branding standards of DyWix Studio by SuGanta International.
- Stay updated with trends in podcasting, entertainment, business, social media, current affairs, lifestyle, and digital content.

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong anchoring, interviewing, and storytelling skills.

- Good understanding of YouTube, Instagram, Podcasts, Reels, Shorts, and social media trends.
- Creative thinking and ability to identify viral and audience-friendly content.
- Strong interpersonal and guest-management skills.
- Basic understanding of podcast and video production workflow.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a creative team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Media Studies, Communication, Performing Arts, or a related field.
- Previous experience as an Anchor, Podcast Host, RJ, Interviewer, Presenter, Journalist, Content Creator, or Media Professional will be preferred.
- Candidates with a portfolio of anchoring videos, podcasts, interviews, reels, or a showreel will have an advantage.
Experience
1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication skills, strong camera confidence, creativity, and a good anchoring portfolio may also apply.
