Hiring: Payroll & Compliance Executive
Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing.
- Handle PF calculations, ECR preparation, challans, and employee PF queries.
- Manage ESIC, Professional Tax, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and payments.
- Maintain accurate employee, salary, attendance, leave, and deduction records.
- Prepare salary sheets, payslips, payroll reports, and MIS.
- Handle employee queries related to salary, PF, deductions, and statutory benefits.
- Manage payroll activities for employee joining and exit.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and government authorities when required.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience is mandatory.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, HR, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong hands-on experience in Payroll, PF, and Statutory Compliance.
- Good knowledge of ESIC, TDS, Professional Tax, and labour compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll software.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
