Position: Tender & Bid Management Executive
Location: Noida
Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year (Freshers Welcome)
Education: BBA, MBA, B.Com, B.Tech, BCA, MCA or Any Graduate
Job Description:
- Search, track, and analyse business opportunities on GeM (Government e-Marketplace) and other e-procurement portals
- Assist in the preparation, submission, and follow-up of tenders and bids
- Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and internal teams for required documentation
- Upload and manage product listings, catalogues, and pricing on portals
- Maintain records of tenders, submissions, approvals, and status updates
- Communicate with clients for clarifications and order tracking
- Support post-order activities and documentation
- Learn basic IT products, services, and solutions for effective bidding
- Ensure compliance with tender rules, timelines, and documentation
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong proposal writing and documentation skills
- Attention to detail and deadline management
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to understand basic technical concepts
