About the Role
As a Sales Representative , you will be the primary support partner for customers across the US, Canada, and other regions throughout their hair treatment journey. Your role is to sell our products, clearly explain our hair care plan, keep them motivated, answer their questions, and ensure they feel supported at every step. This is an ideal role for freshers or early-career individuals with strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset — no prior experience is preferred.
Salary: ₹12,000/month as base salary
Shift: 7:00 PM – 6:00 AM IST (Night shift for international clients)
Performance Review: After the initial 3-month period, high performers are eligible for a commission structure or salary raise based on performance and mutual negotiation.
Work Details
- 100% remote role
- Should have a quiet and calm environment to be able to take calls
- Candidates based in Mumbai or Ahmedabad are strongly preferred
- Night shift: 7:00 PM – 6:00 AM IST (serving US & Canada clients)
- Education: 12th Pass and above
Who We're Looking For
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong empathy and ability to build trust with customers
- Comfortable using messaging platforms
- Organized, patient, and proactive in resolving customer concerns
- Prior customer support experience is a plus but not required
- Interest in wellness, hair care, or health coaching is a bonus
