Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced and proficient Leader for our Real Estate Sales team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will lead, mentor, and manage a team, ensuring that they meet or exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong understanding of the real estate market preferred in Bengaluru, excellent leadership skills, People management skills and the ability to drive results.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide training, mentorship, and guidance to team members to enhance their performance.
Set clear sales targets and ensure team members are equipped to meet them.
Monitor the team’s performance and provide regular feedback and evaluations.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
Cultivate a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, accountability, and professionalism.
Oversee team performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement performance improvement plans when necessary which involves grievance handling.
Actively engage in resolving team issues and maintaining high morale among team members.
Identify individual strengths and areas for improvement to provide tailored coaching and development opportunities.
Promote a culture of continuous learning and ensure that team members are aligned with organizational goals and values.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share in the Bengaluru real estate market.
Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities for new business and expanding relationships with existing clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales campaigns and promotional activities.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to ensure the company remains competitive.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, investors, and stakeholders.
Act as the primary point of contact for high-value clients and prospects.
Assist team members in closing deals and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Prepare regular sales reports and performance analytics to track team progress against goals.
Analyse sales data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement.
Present insights and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
A master's degree or MBA will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations in Bengaluru is Preferred.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 3 + years in a leadership or supervisory role.
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Should have experience in handling a team of at least 5–6 full-time employees
Proven ability to manage team performance, workflow allocation, and day-to-day operations
Experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing team members
