* Develop and execute the overall growth and marketing strategy across all products and business verticals.
* Lead Performance Marketing, SEO, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, WhatsApp Marketing, PR, and Community Engagement initiatives.
* Define brand positioning, messaging, and communication across all marketing channels.
* Drive lead generation through campaigns, landing pages, lead magnets, and marketing automation.
* Work closely with Content, Design, Video, and Research teams to create high-impact marketing campaigns.
* Collaborate with Product, Knowledge, Sales, and Tech teams to successfully launch new courses and digital products.
* Monitor marketing performance, customer acquisition, campaign ROI, and optimize growth strategies using data and analytics.
* Build partnerships with colleges, communities, influencers, and industry stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and reach.
* Manage internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely execution and consistent brand communication.
Eligibility
* Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Growth, Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Brand Marketing.
* Proven experience leading cross-functional marketing teams and scaling digital businesses.
* Strong understanding of performance marketing, content strategy, SEO, CRM, marketing automation, and analytics.
* Experience in EdTech, SaaS, Consumer Internet, or Digital Products is preferred.
