Golden Mile Enterprises Inc. is hiring an experienced MIS & Driver Hiring Executive to manage driver recruitment, onboarding, and recruitment reporting while supporting our growing US trucking operations. Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Recruitment, MIS, HR Operations, or US Trucking Recruitment
- Experience sourcing, screening, and coordinating driver hiring
- Good understanding of driver onboarding and recruitment processes
- Strong English communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Outlook, and recruitment/MIS tools
- Excellent organizational, follow-up, and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified CDL driver candidates
- Schedule interviews and coordinate the complete onboarding process
- Maintain recruitment pipelines and provide regular hiring updates
- Coordinate with Operations and HR teams to ensure smooth onboarding
- Prepare and maintain recruitment MIS reports and hiring records
- Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and maintain recruitment documentation
- Meet hiring targets while delivering a positive candidate experience
