About the Role
Trustverge Insurance Broker Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Motor Insurance Operations Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of motor insurance products, policy processing, issuance, endorsements, renewals, and coordination with insurance companies.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end motor insurance policy processing and servicing.
Process new motor insurance policies and policy renewals.
Coordinate with insurance companies for quotations, policy issuance, endorsements, and corrections.
Verify customer and vehicle-related documents before policy processing.
Handle policy endorsements, cancellations, and other policy modifications.
Coordinate with customers, insurers, and internal teams for smooth policy processing.
Follow up on pending cases and ensure timely policy issuance.
Maintain accurate records of policies, customer details, and transaction data.
Handle customer queries related to motor insurance policies.
Assist the team in renewal follow-ups and ensure timely renewals.
Maintain proper documentation and update records in the relevant systems/CRM.
Ensure adherence to company processes and applicable insurance guidelines.
Required Skills
3–5 years of experience in Motor Insurance Operations.
Good knowledge of motor insurance products and policy processes.
Experience in policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, and policy servicing.
Good knowledge of vehicle and policy documentation.
Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
Good attention to detail and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
