Key Responsibilities:
* Drive primary and secondary sales in the assigned territory
* Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors
* Ensure market coverage and product visibility
* Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base
* Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives
* Maintain regular market visit reports and coordination with internal teams
Desired Candidate Profile:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Willingness to work in field sales and market operations
* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and adaptable
* Prior FMCG sales exposure will be preferred
