Job description For Sales Manager
Role & responsibilities
- Attend customers at the allocated site.
- Give a detailed presentation about the project.
- Resolve customer queries if any.
- Maintaining transparency in communication with the customers, so as to push the deal towards booking.
- Working towards achieving the monthly target.
- Build & promote long lasting relationships with the clients to expand the referral network.
- Using the CRM software for daily reporting.
Preferred candidate profile
- Should be able to join immediately.
- Presentable, disciplined & pleasing personality.
- Good communication, confident & enthusiastic.
- Good with MS - Office.
- Experience in Real Estate Sales (Must have )
- Ability to work independently.
