Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join as Technical & Aptitude Trainers. This is a full-time internship where selected candidates will be trained and given the opportunity to deliver technical and aptitude training sessions. Based on performance during the internship, candidates will be considered for full-time employment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver technical and aptitude training sessions to students.
- Teach quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal aptitude.
- Assist in preparing training materials, assessments, and practice exercises.
- Conduct mock tests and evaluate student performance.
- Support classroom activities and maintain training records.
- Collaborate with the training team to ensure effective learning outcomes.
Eligibility
- Fresh graduates or postgraduates from any discipline (Engineering graduates preferred).
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Strong aptitude and analytical skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Willingness to work full-time from the Coimbatore office.
