Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive with 2–3 years of experience to manage and grow our online marketplace presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing online stores, listing products, maintaining accurate product information, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across multiple e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage seller accounts and online stores on various e-commerce platforms.
- Upload and maintain product listings with accurate titles, descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing.
- Manage product catalogs and ensure all listings are updated and error-free.
- Optimize product listings to improve visibility and conversions.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to keep stock information updated.
- Handle order processing, shipment coordination, and order tracking.
- Manage promotions, discounts, and campaign updates across e-commerce platforms.
- Monitor product performance, sales trends, and customer feedback.
- Resolve product listing issues, account-related queries, and marketplace compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with the marketing, design, and operations teams for product launches and promotional activities.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance, inventory, and marketplace activities.
- Stay updated with marketplace policies, new features, and industry trends.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with major e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, JioMart, Shopify, or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of product listing, catalog management, and marketplace operations.
- Good understanding of inventory and order management processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple platforms and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
