About the Role
We are looking for a highly capable AI-native systems engineer to help architect and build a next-generation SaaS platform focused on:
- AI-powered operational intelligence
- workflow orchestration

This is not a traditional CRUD/backend development role.

Key ResponsibilitiesAI Systems & Orchestration
- Build AI-powered operational workflows
- Implement RAG pipelines and memory systems
- Design orchestration systems for specialized AI services
- Build conversational intelligence systems
- Create event-driven AI workflows
- Implement async AI pipelines and task execution systems
Backend Engineering
- Design scalable backend services and APIs
- Build modular service-oriented architecture
- Develop multi-tenant SaaS systems
- Implement queue systems, async processing, and caching layers
- Build webhook systems and integration frameworks
- Design operational analytics pipelines
Intelligence & Workflow Systems
- Build recommendation systems
- Develop operational intelligence and reporting systems
- Implement workflow orchestration logic
- Build signal reconciliation and intelligence synthesis systems
- Design AI visibility and search intelligence pipelines
Integrations & Automation
Build and maintain integrations with:
- Google Analytics
- Search Console
- SMTP/email providers
- CRM systems
- social media platforms
- payment systems
- workflow tools
- third-party APIs
Infrastructure & Scalability
- Containerize services using Docker
- Design scalable deployment workflows
- Build monitoring and observability systems
- Optimize AI inference and operational costs
- Implement modular and maintainable architecture
