Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Ads Specialist with expertise in planning, executing, and optimising paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, lead generation, campaign optimisation, and performance marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Execute campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Optimize campaigns to improve lead generation, conversions, and ROI/ROAS.
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and ad performance.
- Set up and monitor Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and conversion tracking.
- Perform A/B testing of ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
- Prepare campaign reports and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with Content, Design, and Marketing teams for campaign execution.
- Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends and platform updates.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, and GTM.
- Experience in Performance Marketing and Lead Generation Campaigns.
- Understanding of Conversion Tracking, Remarketing, and Audience Segmentation.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Excellent communication and team coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, PPC, or Performance Marketing.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
