Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized professional to manage HR operations while providing executive support to the CEO. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling recruitment, payroll, employee relations, administrative coordination, and executive assistance efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Process monthly payroll, attendance, and salary calculations using Google Sheets/MS Excel.
- Handle employee queries, engagement activities, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors for office administration and maintenance.
- Track employee performance updates and support the Performance Management System (PMS).
Executive Assistant to CEO
- Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and confidential documentation.
- Coordinate with travel agencies for bookings, visas, and travel-related requirements.
- Conduct research, prepare reports, presentations, and maintain records.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal teams to ensure effective communication and smooth execution of tasks.
- Monitor key organizational processes and provide regular updates to the CEO.
Key Skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
