Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, maintain the CRM database, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, follow-up, and organizational skills to enhance customer satisfaction and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain customer data in the CRM system.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests through calls, emails, and messages.
- Follow up with new leads, existing customers, and prospective clients.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Operations, and Support teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to improve retention.
- Update customer records, interaction history, and follow-up status in the CRM software.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports.
- Ensure timely follow-ups on pending inquiries and customer requirements.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with the management team.
- Assist in customer onboarding and post-sales support.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction by providing prompt and professional assistance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Commerce, or any related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in CRM, Customer Support, Client Relationship Management, or Sales Coordination.
Preferred Requirements
- Experience working with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Freshsales, or similar platforms.
- Ability to handle customer escalations professionally.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Salary
As per company standards and candidate experience.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
