Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Equity Research Analyst to join our investment team. The candidate will be responsible for conducting company and industry research, analyzing financial statements, preparing financial models, and assisting in identifying investment opportunities across listed companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on listed companies, industries, and market trends.
- Analyze annual reports, quarterly results, investor presentations, and regulatory filings.
- Assist in preparing financial models and valuation analyses.
- Monitor stock market developments and sector-specific news.
- Prepare research reports, investment summaries, and presentations.
- Track portfolio companies and maintain research databases.
- Support senior analysts in due diligence and investment evaluation.
- Gather and interpret financial and operational data from various sources.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA (Finance), CFA Level I Candidate, CA Inter, or NISM certifications will be an added advantage.
- Strong interest in equity markets and investment research.
- Basic understanding of financial statements and valuation concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial research tools.

Experience:
