Job Summary:
The Business Manager – B2B will be responsible for driving Apple product sales within the assigned territory through effective dealer management, new business development, and relationship building. The role focuses on maximizing B2B opportunities, expanding the dealer network, and ensuring consistent achievement of sales and profitability targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual B2B sales targets for Apple products.
- Identify and onboard new B2B partners, dealers, and institutional clients.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the Apple market presence in the assigned area.
- Ensure proper product mix sales and brand visibility across all partners.
2. Dealer & Channel Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and resellers.
- Monitor dealer performance, provide support, and address business challenges.
- Conduct regular dealer visits to ensure smooth operations, timely supply, and proper stock rotation.
- Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities for channel partners.
3. Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Track competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends.
- Provide regular updates and market feedback to the management.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, and update dealer performance data.
4. Team Coordination
- Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, finance, marketing, MIS) for smooth order fulfillment.
- Train and guide dealer staff on new Apple product launches and brand standards.
5. Customer Relationship Management
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Resolve escalations and support key accounts to ensure long-term retention.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of Apple product range and B2B channel ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to achieve targets and handle dealer/distributor networks.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, CRM, and reporting tools.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or MBA preferred in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in B2B Sales / IT Channel Sales / Distribution Sales, preferably handling Apple or premium tech brands.
