About Vrozart Group
Vrozart Group is a diversified conglomerate headquartered in Mohali, operating across AI, software, cybersecurity, agriculture, financial services, real estate, and entrepreneurship development. We are building one of India's most ambitious venture ecosystems — and we need the financial backbone to match.
The Role
We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant to own the financial health and compliance function across Vrozart Group's entities and portfolio ventures. This is not a back-office role. You will work directly with senior leadership, have visibility across multiple business verticals, and be expected to bring both rigour and commercial thinking to everything you do.
If you are someone who wants to understand a business fully — not just close the books — this is the right place.
What You Will Own
Accounts and Reporting
- Maintain accurate books of accounts across all Vrozart Group entities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Manage the consolidation of accounts across subsidiaries and portfolio companies
- Ensure timely MIS reporting to leadership
Taxation and Compliance
- File GST returns, TDS, advance tax, and income tax across all entities
- Handle income tax assessments, notices, and correspondence with the department
- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act 2013 — ROC filings, annual returns, statutory registers
- Coordinate with statutory and internal auditors and manage the audit process end to end
Treasury and Cash Flow
- Monitor cash flow across entities and flag liquidity gaps in advance
- Manage banking relationships, loan accounts, and credit facilities
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable cycles
Financial Planning
- Support annual budgeting and variance analysis
- Build financial models for new ventures, joint ventures, and business proposals as required
- Assist leadership in evaluating the financial viability of new business opportunities
Startup and Venture Finance
- Manage financial onboarding for new ventures incubated within Vrozart
- Support fundraising processes — preparing financials, projections, and investor-ready documentation
- Ensure each portfolio company maintains its own clean compliance trail
What We Are Looking For
Must-have
- Qualified CA (ICAI) — cleared all attempts preferred but not mandatory
- 2 to 3 years of post-qualification experience
- Strong working knowledge of GST, income tax, TDS, and corporate compliance
- Hands-on with Tally, accounting software, and Excel
- Able to manage multiple entities simultaneously without dropping the ball on deadlines
Good to have
- Experience working with startups, NBFCs, or a diversified group company
- Exposure to fundraising documentation or investor-ready financial reporting
- Familiarity with Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar cloud accounting tools
- Working knowledge of FEMA and foreign remittance compliance (relevant for Vrozart's international ventures)
What You Will Get
- Direct access to and visibility with senior leadership across a fast-growing group
- Exposure to multiple business verticals — no two months will look the same
- A role that grows as the group grows — we are building fast
- Competitive compensation benchmarked to market for a qualified CA
- Mohali base
Why This Is Different From a Standard CA Role
Most CA roles in large companies put you in a silo — one entity, one function, same compliance calendar every year. At Vrozart, you will be working across ventures at different stages, dealing with problems that do not have a standard template, and contributing to decisions that actually move the business. The learning curve is steep. So is the upside. you work decides your value. there is no specific timelines for earning more salary.
