Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pre-Sales Executive at Rise Realty. The Pre-Sales Executive will be responsible for lead generation, qualifying prospects, preparing proposals, and supporting the sales team in closing deals. The role requires active interaction with potential clients, understanding their requirements, and providing suitable property solutions to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients through market research, cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
- Generate, capture, and manage a database of potential customers.
- Qualify leads based on interest, budget, and buying intent.
- Schedule and arrange meetings and site visits between clients and the sales team.
- Share relevant client details and background information with sales executives to support effective conversions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Follow up with clients after initial interaction, calls, or property/site visits.
- Address client queries and concerns related to projects, pricing, documentation, and purchase process.
- Maintain continuous engagement to improve conversion ratios.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions in CRM or tracking systems.
- Provide regular reports on pre-sales activities, lead status, and conversion rates to the sales manager.
- Assist in preparing sales forecasts based on pre-sales performance data.

Qualification

Experience
- Fresher or 1-2 years of experience in pre-sales / sales / telecalling (real estate experience preferred but not mandatory).
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
