We are looking for a detail-oriented Insurance Executive to manage insurance and TPA processes in the hospital. The candidate will handle patient insurance verification, claim processing, approvals, and coordination with insurance companies to ensure smooth cashless and reimbursement procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Verify patient insurance eligibility and policy details
Coordinate with TPAs and insurance companies for pre-authorization approvals
Process cashless and reimbursement claims
Maintain proper documentation and claim records
Follow up on pending approvals and claim settlements
Coordinate with billing and medical records departments
Explain insurance coverage and claim procedures to patients
Ensure compliance with hospital and insurance policies
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management / Commerce
0-3 years of experience in hospital insurance/TPA handling
Knowledge of insurance claim processing and medical terminology
Basic computer skills (MS Office, hospital software)
