Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Tender Executive to manage end-to-end tendering activities for projects floated by the Central Public Works Department (CPWD). The candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant CPWD tenders, preparing technical and financial bids, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring timely submission through the Central Public Procurement Portal (CPPP) / CPWD e-tendering portal.
Key Responsibilities
1. Tender Identification & Tracking
Regularly monitor CPWD tenders on CPP Portal and CPWD e-procurement website.
Analyze Notice Inviting Tender (NIT) documents.
Maintain tender tracker and submission calendar.
2. Pre-Tender Documentation
Review eligibility criteria (work experience, turnover, solvency, EMD, etc.).
Collect and compile required documents:
Work completion certificates
Financial statements
GST, PAN, PF, ESIC registrations
Affidavits and declarations
Coordinate with accounts, legal, and project teams.
3. Technical & Financial Bid Preparation
Prepare technical bid documents as per CPWD norms.
Coordinate with estimation team for BOQ pricing.
Ensure compliance with CPWD specifications and GCC conditions.
Prepare EMD / Bank Guarantee documentation.
4. E-Tender Submission
Upload tender documents on CPP Portal / CPWD portal.
Ensure digital signature compliance.
Verify final submission before deadline.
Maintain record of submitted tenders.
5. Post-Tender Activities
Attend pre-bid meetings.
Handle queries and clarifications.
Follow up for tender status and LOA.
Assist in agreement execution after award.
6. Compliance & Documentation
Ensure strict compliance with CPWD guidelines.
Maintain updated vendor and statutory records.
Keep database of past tenders and awarded projects.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Commerce / Business Administration.
2–5 years of experience in CPWD / Government tendering.
Strong knowledge of CPWD tender procedures and documentation.
Experience working on CPP Portal / E-tender platforms.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PDF tools.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
