Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the MD’s calendar, meetings, and appointments
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling and follow-ups
- Handle emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the MD
- Prepare reports, presentations, MOM (Minutes of Meeting), and documents
- Act as a liaison between MD and different departments
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Track tasks, deadlines, and ensure timely execution
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics for business trips
- Assist in decision-making by providing relevant data and updates
- Handle administrative tasks and support in special projects
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years of proven experience as a PA / Executive Assistant / EA to MD
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Professional attitude and problem-solving mindset
