We are seeking a motivated and student-focused Academic Counsellor to guide prospective students in choosing the right courses and career paths. The candidate will be responsible for counselling students, handling inquiries, explaining course offerings, and supporting the admission process.
Key Responsibilities
* Counsel prospective students regarding courses, career opportunities, and learning pathways.
* Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and WhatsApp enquiries.
* Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.
* Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
* Explain course curriculum, fees, training methodology, and placement support.
* Maintain accurate records of student interactions in CRM or databases.
* Coordinate with training, admissions, and placement teams.
* Conduct career guidance sessions and educational seminars.
* Achieve monthly admission and enrolment targets.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents
* Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month (Based on Experience)
* Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in target-based outbound sales ( Edu-tech experience preferred)
* Work Location: Kaloor
