In this role, you will bridge the gap between business goals and employee execution—owning everything from legal compliance and talent management to HR tech systems and workforce analytics.

- 3+ years - in Manufacturing Industry (Preferred)
2. Job Description / Roles and Responsibilities
As an HR Manager, you will be involved in various functions of Human Resources to support organizational goals and employee needs. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintaining employee records and HR databases
- Managing attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
- Handling grievances and supporting conflict resolution
- Assisting with performance appraisals and HR audits
- Drafting and implementing HR policies, procedures, and SOPs
- Supporting compliance with labor laws and company regulations
3. Technical Skill Set with Scope of Job
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite – Excel, Word, PowerPoint (mandatory).
- Working knowledge of HRMS/HRIS tools.
- Familiarity with relevant Job portals.
- Ability to audit internal policies to ensure complete legal compliance and minimize organizational risk.
- Proven experience evaluating market data to build equitable salary structures and total rewards frameworks.
