Position: Design Consultant – Sales & Design
Experience: 3+ Years
Qualification: B.Voc / B.Sc / Diploma – Interior Designing
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000
Location: Cochin
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in modular residential interior designing.
- Strong knowledge of modular kitchens, wardrobes, space planning and home interiors.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD / 3D design software and preparation of design layouts.
- Good client handling, communication and sales skills with the ability to convert requirements into design solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client requirements and prepare suitable interior design solutions, layouts and 2D/3D designs.
- Conduct client meetings, design presentations and discussions to finalise designs.
- Suggest suitable materials, finishes and design options based on client requirements and budget.
- Prepare quotations and support the sales conversion and follow-up process.
- Coordinate with project, production and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
