Meta Ads Executive

About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven **Meta Ads Executive** to manage, optimize, and scale Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and a strong understanding of performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities
* Create, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
* Monitor campaign performance and improve ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversions.
* Conduct audience research and A/B testing.
* Implement and manage Meta Pixel and Conversion API.
* Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives and campaign strategies.
* Prepare campaign performance reports and recommend improvements.
Requirements
* Minimum 2+ years of experience in Meta Ads.
* Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Meta Pixel, and Conversion API.
* Experience with lead generation and eCommerce campaigns.
* Good analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
* Familiarity with Google Analytics and MS Excel is preferred.
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
