Brandola Marketing Solutions is looking for a technically strong and client-oriented professional to handle client coordination, project execution, vendor management, and technical follow-up for retail fixture and fabrication projects.

3–5 years of experience in retail fixtures, fabrication, execution, or project coordination
Education
Diploma / BE Mechanical preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with clients regarding project updates and execution timelines.
- Understand technical drawings and project specifications.
- Coordinate with fabrication vendors and production teams.
- Track production, dispatch, and installation activities.
- Handle project-related communication professionally.
- Resolve execution and site-related issues.
- Ensure work quality and timely project completion.
- Support internal operations and reporting activities.
Skills Required
- Good communication and client handling skills
- Technical understanding of fabrication and retail fixtures
- Vendor management and follow-up capability
- Basic AutoCAD drawing understanding preferred
- Problem-solving and execution management
- Strong coordination and reporting skills
This role is important for ensuring smooth coordination between clients, vendors, production teams, and site execution teams to deliver projects successfully.
Key Responsibilities
Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate daily with vendors regarding production and dispatch updates
- Follow up for pending work, timelines, and deliveries
- Maintain regular communication with fabrication and printing vendors
Data Management
- Maintain daily project tracker and vendor status reports
- Update production, dispatch, and installation data
- Manage PO records, work status, and documentation
Operations Support
- Support operations team in daily execution activities
- Coordinate internally with factory, store, and logistics teams
- Ensure proper flow of project-related information
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily MIS and status reports
- Maintain vendor database and project records
- Share execution updates with management and clients when required
Skills Required
- Good communication skills
- Strong follow-up capability
- Excel and Google Sheet knowledge
- Basic understanding of operations and coordination
- Data management and reporting skills
- Ability to handle multiple vendors/projects simultaneously
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
