Key Responsibilities:
- Operate the Panel Saw Machine safely and efficiently.
- Read and understand cutting lists, production drawings, and dimensions.
- Load, position, and unload panels accurately.
- Perform precise cutting of MDF, plywood, particle board, laminates, and other sheet materials.
- Ensure cutting accuracy and minimize material wastage.
- Inspect finished components for quality and dimensional accuracy.
- Label and organize cut materials for the next production process.
- Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance.
- Monitor blade condition and report replacement requirements.
- Follow production schedules and meet daily targets.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Adhere to company safety procedures and quality standards.
- Coordinate with designers, CNC operators, edge banding operators, and production teams.
Required Skills:
- Experience operating Panel Saw / Beam Saw machines.
- Ability to read technical drawings and cutting plans.
- Good knowledge of measurements and material calculations.
- Understanding of woodworking and modular furniture manufacturing.
- Ability to use measuring tools accurately.
- Basic machine troubleshooting skills.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
Qualification:
- ITI / Diploma / Any Degree (Preferred)
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Panel Saw operation.
- Experience in Modular Kitchen, Wardrobe, and Modular Furniture manufacturing is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
