Position: HR Executive
Department: Human Resources
Reporting To: HR Manager / Head HR
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for staff and workers.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, consultants, and references.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements.
- Ensure timely closure of vacancies.
Employee Onboarding & Documentation
- Manage joining formalities and induction programs.
- Verify and maintain employee records and documents.
- Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documents.
Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitor employee attendance and leave records.
- Coordinate attendance inputs for payroll processing.
- Resolve attendance-related queries.
Employee Engagement
- Organize employee engagement activities and celebrations.
- Support employee welfare initiatives.
- Maintain a positive work environment.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee database and HRMIS records.
- Prepare monthly HR reports and MIS.
- Handle employee grievances and provide HR support.
Compliance & Statutory Support
- Assist in maintaining statutory compliance records.
- Coordinate for PF, ESIC, Labour Welfare Fund, and other HR compliances.
- Support audits and inspections related to HR.
Exit Management
- Conduct exit interviews.
- Manage clearance and full & final settlement processes.
- Maintain attrition and exit records.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
- Working knowledge of labour laws.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with HRMS software is preferred.
Qualification
- MBA (HR) / Graduate with relevant experience
Experience
- 1 to 4 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Executive role.
- Manufacturing industry experience preferred
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
