Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Sales Executive to drive room revenue, corporate bookings, and event business for the hotel. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, maintaining client relationships, and maximizing occupancy through strategic sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities Business Development
- Identify and develop new corporate clients, travel agents, and business partners
- Generate room bookings, long stays, and group reservations
- Focus on corporate tie-ups and contract negotiations
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Achieve monthly room night and revenue targets
- Promote hotel services including rooms, banquets, and F&B offerings
- Handle inquiries for conferences, events, and group bookings
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, companies, and travel agents
- Conduct regular client visits and follow-ups
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
Market Research & Strategy
- Monitor competitor activities and pricing strategies
- Identify new market segments and business opportunities
- Support in planning sales campaigns and promotional activities
Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with Front Office, Reservations, and Operations teams for smooth guest handling
- Maintain proper records of leads, bookings, and sales activities
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of hotel operations and sales processes
- Ability to build relationships and close deals
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel PMS/CRM systems
- Well-groomed and professional presentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in hotel sales / hospitality industry preferred
Pay: From ₹22,000.00 per month
