Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive to join our automobile dealership in Barddhaman. The candidate will be responsible for handling showroom walk-in customers, generating sales leads, conducting vehicle demonstrations, arranging test drives, and achieving monthly sales targets while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend and assist walk-in customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicle models.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, offers, and finance options.
- Conduct product presentations and vehicle demonstrations.
- Arrange and coordinate customer test drives.
- Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, telecalling, and follow-ups.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers to convert enquiries into sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets set by the dealership.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration teams for smooth vehicle delivery.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/DMS systems.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Participate in promotional activities, roadshows, and dealership events.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, competitor offerings, and market trends.
Eligibility
- Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in automobile sales/showroom sales preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM/DMS systems).
- Valid driving license preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
