superGREENS Inc. is an urban agriculture startup specializing in premium-quality hydroponically grown microgreens, herbs, and leafy vegetables. We are committed to delivering fresh, locally grown, pesticide-free produce to homes, restaurants, cafés, and businesses.
As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dedicated and proactive Office Executive who enjoys taking ownership, interacting with customers, and managing smooth day-to-day business operations.
Key Responsibilities
· Customer Relations: Handle incoming customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone calls /WhatsApp/ customer visits
· Order Coordination: Connect with both existing and new customers to manage orders, clarify details, and schedule deliveries.
· Documentation & Billing: Prepare accurate price quotations, sales orders, commercial invoices, and delivery challans/documents.
· Data Management: Maintain, update, and organize the customer database and daily sales records.
· Internal Logistics: Coordinate closely with the farm and dispatch teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
Required Skills
· Language Proficiency: Strong communication skills in English, Gujarati and Hindi
· Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word) and professional email handling.
· Financial Admin: Basic understanding of how to prepare invoices, manage billing documents, and maintain organized records.
· Mindset: A positive attitude, a strong sense of accountability, and a genuine willingness to learn in a dynamic startup environment.
Qualification
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA or equivalent preferred).
- Experience: Freshers with excellent communication skills and a drive to grow are highly welcome to apply!
