Location- Wazirpur Industrial Area, Delhi (On-site)
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with 3–5 years of expertise in HR operations, compliance, and employee engagement, preferably within the manufacturing/packaging industry. The role involves managing recruitment, statutory compliance, payroll, and workplace culture initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Source, screen, and onboard candidates with strong industry fit.
- Compliance & Statutory: Ensure adherence to PF, ESIC, Factory Act, CLRA, and New Labour Codes 2025.
- Employee Relations: Address grievances, maintain discipline, and foster trust-driven workplace culture.
- Payroll & HR Operations: Manage payroll, attendance, and HR documentation.
- Training & Development: Conduct compliance workshops and skill development programs.
- Performance Management: Implement appraisal systems and track employee KPIs.
Candidate Requirements
- 3–5 years of HR experience, ideally in manufacturing/packaging/industrial sectors.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, compliance, and factory HR operations.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people management skills.
- Ability to design and implement HR policies aligned with organizational goals.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
