Position: Welder
Department: Production / Manufacturing / Service
Location: Katraj Mangadewadi(Pune)
Reporting To: Production Supervisor / Site Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Welder to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for welding, fabricating, repairing, and assembling metal components according to technical drawings and specifications while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform welding operations using MIG, TIG, Arc, and Gas Welding processes as required.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
- Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal structures and equipment.
- Inspect welded joints to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
- Operate welding machines, grinders, cutting torches, and other fabrication tools.
- Prepare materials and workpieces for welding.
- Perform routine maintenance of welding equipment.
- Follow all safety procedures and use appropriate PPE at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Coordinate with supervisors and team members to complete assigned work on time.
Required Qualifications
- ITI Welder/Fitter or equivalent technical qualification preferred.
- Knowledge of welding techniques, metal properties, and fabrication processes.
- Ability to read technical drawings and measurements.
- Familiarity with welding safety standards and procedures.
Experience
- 1–5 years of experience as a Welder in manufacturing, fabrication, construction, or engineering industries.
- Freshers with ITI certification may also be considered.

Working Conditions

Salary: 20000-25000K
