Qualification and Experience
B.E in Electrical / Telecommunications
Minimum 5 years of experience in Railway Projects
Should be willing to visit site as required
Should have worked on railway project.
Role and Responsibilities
- Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring, Coordination of all construction activities of railway electrification works.
- Preparation of detailed and baseline installation program for OHE Works.
- Integrating the project plans with resources and material requirements to meet the client’s project schedule.
- Management of the above work program in coordination with PMC.
- Preparation of daily /weekly/monthly progress reports. Attending meetings, writing reports and giving presentations.
- Finalize the work requirements and specifications with close coordination with PMC /Client and the construction team, estimate the project & Value conduct cost benefit analysis.
- Project inception planning, site survey and marking.
- Forecasting of manpower & material and resource planning.
- Estimation of quantities, BOQ and Billing.
- Managing all OHE works at site and Coordination with Client & Consultants.
Knowledge & Skills
- Understanding of government ministries/departments and other stakeholders in the railway infrastructure sectors including their capacity, strengths and weaknesses.
- Excellent leadership, representational, and people management skills.
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
- Proven leadership, interpersonal and cross-cultural skills, and ability to build and motivate diverse teams.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
