Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Software Engineer to join our core engineering team and contribute to building a scalable, compliant SaaS platform. In this role, you will work across the entire technology stack, developing modern React-based user interfaces, Node.js backend services, and PostgreSQL database solutions. You will take ownership of features from design through deployment, collaborate closely with cross functional teams, and help drive technical excellence in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end features across React frontends and Node.js/Express backends.

Create and manage PostgreSQL database schemas, migrations, indexes, and optimized queries.

Build and maintain RESTful APIs with robust error handling, versioning, an integration capabilities.

Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure application reliability and quality.

Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, an technical design discussions.

Deploy and manage applications within containerized environments using Docker and AWS services.

Collaborate with Product, Design, and AI/ML teams to deliver seamless, well integrated user experiences.

Contribute to system scalability, performance optimization, and platform compliance requirements.

Follow best practices in source control, branching strategies, and pull request based development workflows.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues through systematic debugging and root-cause analysis.
Skills Required

3–5 years of Full Stack development experience.

Strong expertise in Node.js, React, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL.

Experience with ORMs (Prisma, Drizzle, etc.), REST APIs, and third-party integrations.

Proficiency in Git, Docker, testing frameworks, and Agile development practices.

Hands-on experience with AWS services and CI/CD pipelines.

Familiarity with Python (Fast API), multi-tenant SaaS platforms, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/AWS CDK).

Exposure to AI-assisted development tools, LLM integrations, and modern architecture patterns (microservices/modular monoliths).

Experience in compliance-driven environments and open-source contributions is a plus.
