Job Purpose
To oversee the end-to-end HR and Administrative functions of the manufacturing unit, ensuring smooth labor operations, statutory compliance, and efficient facility management for a workforce of 200+.
Key Responsibilities
1. Labor & Manpower Management

Sourcing: Source and maintain a steady pipeline of skilled and unskilled labor through contractors and local networking.

Recruitment: Manage full-cycle recruitment for entry-level Operators and Technicians.

Labor Billing: Verify attendance and process monthly labor contractor bills accurately and on time.
2. Statutory Compliance & Liaison

Ensure 100% compliance with the Factories Act, Payment of Wages Act, and Contract Labor Act.

Handle monthly filings and grievances related to PF and ESIC.

Represent the company during inspections from the PCB, Fire Department, and Factory inspectors.

Ensure all Fire Safety protocols are active and conduct periodic mock drills.
3. Plant Administration

Supervise the security team to ensure gate control, material movement tracking, and overall premises safety.

Oversee the daily operations of the canteen (quality/hygiene) and maintain high standards of housekeeping across the shop floor and office.

Manage office supplies, and events arrangements.
Required Candidate Profile

Education: Any Graduate .

Experience: At least 5 years in a manufacturing plant environment.

Technical Skills: * Strong knowledge of Labor Laws and the Factories Act.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel is critical for labor billing).

Soft Skills: * Ability to handle workforce conflicts with a calm but firm approach.
