Role Overview:
Own end-to-end digital growth by combining performance marketing, growth hacking, AI-powered workflows, content strategy, creative production, analytics, and conversion optimization to drive leads, revenue, and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities:
*Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital channels.
*Develop and implement growth hacking strategies to accelerate customer acquisition, activation, retention, and referrals.
*Build, manage, and optimize sales funnels, landing pages, and conversion paths.
*Create data-driven marketing strategies aligned with business and revenue goals.
*Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, market intelligence, and customer journey mapping.
*Design high-converting ad creatives, banners, presentations, and social media assets.
*Create and edit videos, reels, shorts, webinars, and performance ad creatives.
Develop content strategies, editorial calendars, thought leadership content, and lead magnets.
*Leverage AI tools for content creation, campaign management, automation, research, reporting, and productivity enhancement.
*Execute SEO, organic growth, and content distribution strategies.
*Manage email marketing, CRM workflows, and marketing automation.
*Conduct A/B testing for ads, creatives, landing pages, emails, and user journeys.
*Track and analyze KPIs including ROAS, CAC, CPL, LTV, CTR, conversion rates, retention, and revenue growth.
*Build dashboards and provide actionable insights for continuous optimization.
*Identify new growth opportunities, channels, partnerships, and emerging marketing technologies.
