Reliability Engineer
Preferred Experience:
- 5–7 years of experience in reliability engineering for electronic systems
- Strong understanding of statistical methods, electronic systems, and testing methodologies
- Experience with accelerated life testing (ALT), Weibull analysis, and life data modeling
- Familiarity with aerospace qualification standards (DO-160, MIL-STD, JSS-55555)
- Risk Management: Ability to develop risk registers and mitigation strategies
- Reliability Growth: Experience with reliability growth modeling and test-to-failure strategies
- Innovation: Exposure to predictive maintenance, AI-driven reliability analytics, and digital twin approaches
- Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and promote reliability culture across teams

Bachelor’s / Master’s in Electronics / Electrical Engineering
Key Responsibility Areas
Reliability Testing & Analysis
Design and execute Accelerated Life Testing (ALT) programs
Perform Weibull and life data analysis using ReliaSoft Weibull++
Predict system-level reliability and failure trends
Failure Mode Analysis
Identify electrical/electronic component failure modes
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA)
Recommend design improvements to enhance reliability
Environmental Testing
Plan and manage environmental test campaigns (thermal, humidity, vibration)
Ensure system survivability under operational conditions
Correlate test results with statistical models for validation
Compliance & Standards
Verify compliance with MIL-STD-417, JSS-55555, and aerospace reliability standards
Support certification and documentation
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with design and integration teams
Translate reliability insights into design improvements (DfR)
Participate in design reviews and reliability sign-offs
Pay: ₹400,811.95 - ₹1,635,214.65 per year
