Job Summary:
The Technical Engineer is responsible for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of WaveFiber broadband
and fiber internet services. The role includes customer support, network uptime monitoring, and coordination with
field operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure fiber broadband connections and customer premises equipment (CPE).
- Troubleshoot internet connectivity and network-related issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance and fault resolution.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams for service activations.
- Monitor network performance and ensure minimal downtime.
- Maintain installation and service records.
- Provide customer support during installation and complaint resolution.
- Ensure safety and quality standards during field work.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma / ITI / Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Networking, or related field.
- Experience in ISP, telecom, or networking field.
- Basic knowledge of routers, switches, GPON, and fiber connectivity.
- Ability to troubleshoot networking issues.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Willingness to work in field operations.

Pay: ₹280,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
